In terms of the production of LED waterproof light, the company also has relatively professional production equipment, such as SMT Machine, Printing Machine,etc. In the production process, all processes and safety systems shall be strictly followed to ensure the excellent quality of products. Here is a brief introduction to the main production equipment.
1.Reflow Welding Machine
Solder the circuit board on which the components have been mounted, heat and melt the solder paste to fuse the patch components and the circuit board pads together, and then cool down to solidify the components and the pads together.
2.SMT Machine
By moving the placement head, the surface mounted components are accurately placed on the PCB pad, which is used to realize high-speed, high-precision and fully automatic placement of components. It is the most critical and complex equipment in the entire SMT production
3.Printing Machine
Fix the circuit board to be printed on the printing positioning table, and then use the left and right scrapers of the printing machine to print the solder paste or red glue on the corresponding pad through the steel mesh, and input the PCB with uniform leakage to the placement machine through the transfer table for automatic placement.
